Posting a Locum
If you are interested in posting a locum opportunity, follow these simple instructions:
- click on the “post a job” button at the top right of the page
- select a package option that meets your needs
- If you are not already signed in, you will need to login or create a new account
- fill in the required details for your locum position. If you have not already defined a Company, you will be asked for these details a well.
NOTE: all details posted can be accessible from the public. If you do not want a phone number or email address displayed, use a generic number or email address.
Once you are satisfied with the locum details, submit your details.
Your information and details will be reviewed prior to appearing on the site. This may take up to 24hrs to complete.
You may edit your details after submitting at any time. Keep in mind that your changes will also need to be authorized before appearing on the site.
Registering as a locum candidate
Do you want to be registered as a locum candidate? This will allow you to easily apply for locum opportunities as well as be contacted directly by individuals seeking a locum resource.
To register as a candidate, follow these instructions:
- click on the “candidates” menu at the top of the page
- select “Submit candidate/resume”
- If you are not signed into the site, you will be asked to login or create a new account
- fill in the required details.
NOTE: this information can be accessible publicity (logged in users of the site can access this information). Provide information as apropriate.
Applying to a locum position
If, while searching, you find a locum opportunity that you would like to apply to, simply click the “Apply to the Job” button. This button is displayed on the locum details page.
If you are not signed in to the site, you will be prompted to do this. If you do not have an account, you will need to create a new account prior to applying to locum. Communicate between the locum owner and the applicant can be accommodated through the locumsnb website.
